Can you provide me with a quote?
Package pricing can be provided. Share your vision with us!
How much is it to save-the-date?
To save the date is $500.00 + GST
How does the bar work?
All renters are required to provide their own liquor license as well their own alcohol.
Corkage is calculated at a flat rate, based on your final guest count.
Bartenders must be chosen from our List of Preferred Vendors.
What is included in the corkage fee?
Cork & Crate Estates will provide multiple flavors of pop, club soda, clamato, orange and cranberry juice, garnishes (limes or lemons), ice and plastic cups.
Can we rent out your space past midnight?
Yes! However, last call for alcohol will be at 11:30 and the music must stop at midnight.
Our Tea House can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Our Vine House can accommodate up to 200 guests.
When can we book a tour?
A tour can be booked anytime prior to 6 pm. We do our best to accommodate you! Contact us to book your tour!
How many people can this location accommodate?
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we offer e-transfer, cash, certified check (money order) and credit card.
Do you offer wedding favors?
We have jars of honey to fit the garden/nature theme of our venue. They can be priced out upon request.
Do we count vendors as guests?
It is customary to provide meals for any vendor such as officiants, photographers, bartenders, etc. that stay throughout the ceremony and reception. Therefore, they would be added to your guest count. Check your contract as some vendors require this and have specific notes to their meals.
How many hours does the rental fee include?
This is completely depend on the venue you choose.
Our Tea House is 8 am to 5 pm for weddings, and 10 am - 3 pm for other events.
Our Vine House is 8 am to midnight with the Friday before, if a Saturday wedding is chosen.
Any other day of the week you have the space from 8 am to midnight on the day of, only. We do not allow clean up the day after the wedding.
Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes! We have a place for both the bride and groom to hang out and to get ready!
What's your wedding contingency(backup) plan for outdoor spaces?
We can do the wedding inside the Vine House if needed.
The Tea House, we cannot. Tents would be set up and umbrella's given to guests.
Can we have a band?
What fun! We've had plenty of events with bands and the sound is wonderful! We certainly accommodate whatever form of entertainment you choose. Be sure that whether it be a band or a DJ, they bring their own equipment and have insurance.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, but you are also responsible to have event insurance.
Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers, or do I need to provide my own?
We have our preferred caterer, but also allow you to use any catering company of your choice and can provide you with several options.
Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?
Yes, of course. We also have an in house designer + decorator with a full inventory of rental items if you choose to use this service.
can I move things around or do I have to leave everything as is.
Yes, you can move things around or ask us to move items that are not needed.
Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
Yes, we have a wonderful sound system for the ceremony and for the reception, just not to be utilized for the dance and/or dance music.
Are cabs or shuttles easily accessible from the venue?
The local taxi service our venue as well as we have a great relationship with a local shuttle bus.
Do you have camping facilities?
Yes, we have 40 campsites as well as two outdoor washroom facilities with showers.
There is a fee to camp.
Guests must follow the county permits the venue has been granted.
What are the nearest hotels to the venue?
Great hotels in Olds are only 10 mins. away!
We also do have our NEW Cork & Crate Lodge to accommodate our guests. Charges may apply.
Is there an officiant to use on-site?
Our venue allows for any officiant to officially declare your day. We have worked with Brad Brownell several times in the past as well as many other excellent, local choices!
