Cork & Crate (C&C) reserves the right to stop serving an individual(s) if it is deemed necessary.

C&C reserves the right to shut down the bar at any time. Reasons for this include (but are not limited to) inappropriate behaviour towards C&C staff or facility, anti-social behaviour, concern of non-payment, general concern for the health and safety of those present.

Base option includes the use of both the inside bar and one (1) outside bar, however only one (1) bar will operate at a time and there may be a 15-20 minute period where neither bar is open during a transition. Additional bars can be added.

Tip jar will be on hand for bartender tips. All tips are kept and distributed fully to the bartender(s). C&C does not take a portion of this.

C&C reserves the right to replace a liquor or drink with a similar alternative of reasonable equivalent.

If bartending service requires more bartenders or requires a longer timeframe than specified, an additional charge of $30/person/hr will be added.

C&C will take payment for the Minimum Spend no later than at time of security deposit receipt. A final tally of pricing will be provided within 2-3 business days. Any delta will be removed from the Security deposit refund.

C&C can take payment for drinks in the forms of cash or credit/debit.

Bar Service will use disposable plastic cups for cold drinks and insulated disposable paper cups for hot beverages.

Additional drinks or premium liquors can be offered at the request of the client. Pricing will adjust accordingly.

Bartenders and other C&C staff hired to manage Bar Service are not responsible for the busing or cleaning up of cups, glasses, cutlery or any forms of spills. However they will support the event when necessary.

Bartenders and other C&C staff are not responsible for tear down and clean up.
